Botox® Cosmetic Botox is a purified protein produced by botulinum toxin type A. Botox works by weakening the muscles that cause facial expressions, temporarily reducing moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows and more. BOTOX can be very effective in treating facial wrinkles in the forehead, between the eyes and in the “crow’s feet” around the eyes. While BOTOX results are visible, it will not radically change your facial appearance.
Juvederm® and Restylane®
Juvèderm and Restylane are dermal fillers that use hyaluronic acid to plump lines in the face. They increase hydration to the skin and stimulate collagen production for a long-lasting benefit. These products can be effective for diminishing wrinkles around the mouth or beneath the eyes. Results typically last between 6 to 12 months, depending on the area treated.
Radiesse® Radiesse is a filler that uses smooth calcium hydoxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres to diminish lines and creases around the eyes and lips. Radiesse increases volume in the face for an instant effect, but also stimulates your own body’s collagen production for long-lasting results. Radiesse typically lasts for about 12 to 18 months.
Eye Lift & Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty, or eye lift surgery, can correct excessive, sagging or wrinkled skin on the upper or lower eyelid. Eye life surgery is done on an outpatient basis under sedation and local or general anesthesia. Eye lifts can be performed on the upper eyelid or lower eyelid, or both lids at the same time.
If you have experienced a loss of skin elasticity and muscle tone in your face and are considering plastic surgery, a facelift may be right for you. Wrinkles around the eyelids, the forehead and sides of the mouth, jowls along the jaw line, folds over the neck and “double chins” are common complaints among those considering facial plastic surgery. Your doctor will discuss with you facelift options that are available to help restore a more youthful appearance.
Rhinoplasty (Nose) Plastic Surgery
Nose reshaping is one of the most common facial plastic surgeries. During the procedure, the surgeon reshapes the cartilage and soft tissues to improve the contour of the nose. There are many different options for reshaping and reconfiguring the nose for either cosmetic or medical reasons. Your physician will be able to recommend the best course of treatment based on your goals.
Laser Skin Rejuvenation
Superficial laser resurfacing targets wrinkles, acne scars and uneven pigmentation by removing the outer layer of the skin, including the thickened and dead skin layers.
Deep laser skin rejuvenation reverses acne scars and wrinkles by stimulating your body’s collagen production.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a quick and effective way to enhance your appearance. Laser hair removal works when the laser light passes through the outer layer of your skin and is absorbed by the hair follicle, removing pigment within the hair itself while destroying the root.
Spider Vein Treatment
Spider veins appear when the veins fail to function properly. The cause is usually genetic, but pregnancy, obesity, prolonged exposure to sunlight and blood clots may also cause spider veins. Laser treatments can reduce or eliminate spider veins and results are typically visible within 4 to 6 weeks of treatment.
