NorthPointe Wellness is the only medically integrated health and fitness facility in northern Illinois. With medical integration, NorthPointe Wellness offers their members an extensive team of certified fitness specialists, dietitians and health educators who will work to develop a personalized fitness or rehabilitation program. Where others may offer fitness and personalized training, we take the extra step to ensure that your medical and physical wellness are a top priority.
Wellness Center Features:
- More than 100 pieces of state-of-the-art fitness equipment with personal entertainment systems
- Seven lane lap pool and warm water therapy pool
- Studios for kickboxing, pilates, spinning, step and yoga
- Indoor and outdoor walking and jogging track
- Spacious locker rooms with separate women’s and men’s whirlpool, steam room and sauna
- Nutrition counseling
- Certified personal trainers and degreed physiologists
- Fit n’ Fun – an activity-based childcare service offered while parents work out or have appointments at our facility

- 2,000-square-foot group exercise studio
NorthPointe Wellness is open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
