Beloit Health System Employees to be Honored

On Tuesday, February 6 at 9:00am in the Beloit Memorial Hospital Auditorium, 17 Beloit Health System employees will be honored for their exemplary service to our patients, family members, and their fellow employees. During the event, one employee will be selected to attend a special program at the Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida.

The event is part of the Values Initiative, introduced at BHS in 2016, that recognizes employees who live the Health System’s Values of Engagement, Quality, Satisfaction and Integrity.  Employees earning pins for all four Values are eligible to attend a Disney Institute seminar on customer service excellence.  The seminar focuses on the renowned Disney method of providing an exemplary customer experience.  The attendee will bring their knowledge back to the organization and share what they have learned to add to our continuous improvement efforts.

This year’s honorees include:

Renee Bluhm, Beloit Clinic Rheumatology; Holly Clifton, BMH Multi Care Center; Amanda Dorcey, BMH Dialysis; Kimberly Draeving, BMH Dialysis; Candida Franke, BMH Cardiac Intensive Care; Deborah George, Cancer Care Center Radiation Therapy; Mary Johnson, BMH Dialysis; Michele Lemke, BMH Cardiac Intensive Care; Patricia McAtee, BMH Intermediate Care; Lori McKee, BMH Advanced Joint Care Center; Pamela Nightingale, BMH Cardiac Intensive Care; Michelle Orethun, BMH Dialysis; Ronda Perry, Cancer Care Center, Oncology; Tammy Pozzani, Beloit Clinic Insurance and Billing; Denise Risseeuw, BMH Dialysis; Kristin Struwe, NorthPointe Ambulatory Surgery Center; and Kristin Walsh, Beloit Clinic Administration.

Throughout the year, employees are recognized and are awarded pins based on demonstrated actions of living our Health System’s Values.
