• What is the vision and mission of NorthPointe Campus?

  Our vision is to be the steward of health, wellness and land for the communities in northern Illinois; to be the foundation and resource for a healthy community.

  This vision is realized by expanding health and wellness services in the growing area of northern Illinois on a comprehensive campus and exceeding expectations for patient and customer satisfaction ratings.

  The mission of NorthPointe Health and Wellness is to provide physician, medical, diagnostic and therapeutic services, senior continuum of care services, as well as medically integrated wellness programs. All of our programs on the campus will promote and enable individuals to enhance their health and encourage a healthier lifestyle.

  Our campus is easily accessible and presents a healing and healthy environment, including more than two miles of nature trails, and it rests on 122 acres of restored prairie. NorthPointe Health and Wellness services will be delivered with superb quality at an economic value and unmatched patient and customer service.

• What services are provided at NorthPointe Health?

  NorthPointe Clinic is staffed with nearly 30 physicians offering expert individual care in the following areas of practice:

  NorthPointe Campus also features immediate care, staffed with board certified emergency physicians, to handle medical emergencies seven days a week.

  We also offer the area's most advanced full-service diagnostic services including:

  • State-of-the-art digital imaging featuring a completely PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) environment, filmless imaging that delivers images to physicians immediately and are viewable from remote locations
  • MRI and CAT scans
  • Digital mammography machine
  • Bone density testing
  • Ultrasound

• How do I make an appointment?

  If your doctor practices at NorthPointe Health, appointments can be made by contacting their office directly. If you have been referred to a doctor or specialist here or are looking for a physician, you can schedule an appointment with one of our physicians by calling (815) 525-4500.

• Where is NorthPointe Campus located?

  NorthPointe Campus is easily accessible off the Rockton Rd. exit of I-90 or Hwy 251 and is located on the southwest corner of Rockton and Willowbrook Roads. The address is:

NorthPointe Wellness

• What sets NorthPointe Wellness apart from the rest?

  NorthPointe Wellness is the only medically integrated health and fitness center in the area. With medical integration, NorthPointe Wellness offers their members an extensive team of certified fitness specialists, dietitians and health educators who will work to develop a personalized fitness or rehabilitation program. Where others may offer fitness and personalized training, we take the extra step to ensure that your medical and physical wellness are a top priority.

• What facilities and features does NorthPointe Wellness offer?

  NorthPointe Wellness offers the only health and fitness experience of its kind in northern Illinois. Our medically integrated center is focused on your total well-being, ranging from day-to-day health maintenance to sports performance training and rehabilitation.

  Every member begins with a comprehensive personalized health assessment conducted by a degreed exercise professional. Once your assessment has been completed our fitness professionals will develop a personalized program that combines exercise, nutrition and education to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  Features of our wellness center include:

  • More than 100 pieces of state-of-the-art fitness equipment with personal entertainment systems
  • Seven lane lap pool and warm water therapy pool
  • Studios for kickboxing, pilates, spinning, step and yoga
  • Indoor and outdoor walking and jogging tracks
  • Spacious locker rooms with separate women’s and men’s whirlpool, steam room and sauna
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Certified personal trainers and degreed physiologists
  • Full service spa, including massages, manicures and pedicures
  • 2,000 square-foot group exercise studio

• What are the hours of operation?

  NorthPointe Wellness is open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• What are the different membership levels and pricing?

  NorthPointe Wellness offers a variety of membership programs to accommodate most every fitness lifestyle. Individual, family, senior and other memberships are offered with both annual and month-to-month payment options. Enrollment fees vary by membership level.

NorthPointe Assisted Living

• What is assisted living?

  Assisted living facilities are designed for people who need help with ADL's (activities of daily living) but who want to live independently. Help is provided in areas such as grooming, dressing, bathing, eating, medication management, physician appointments, transportation and other areas based on individual need.

• What is included in my monthly rate at NorthPointe Terrace?

  All daily living care, meals, snacks, activities, transportation to physician and dental visits within a 15 mile radius, utilities, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance are included.

• What else does NorthPointe Terrace offer?

  24-hour supervision and assistance if needed, health and wellness programs, a beauty salon, lending libraries, medical based fitness center with warm water therapy pool and more.
